All Limberwear orders are dispatched internationally. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, then:

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

You'll receive a tracking link by email. One thing worth knowing: your tracking number is assigned as soon as your order is received — before processing and dispatch are finished — so it's completely normal for the link to show no movement for the first few business days. If your tracking hasn't updated well beyond that, or your order has passed its estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Important Once an order is placed it enters processing immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check your size, colour, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you've made an error, contact us as quickly as possible via our contact page and we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

International shipping can occasionally be delayed by customs processing, carrier backlogs, or weather events. If your order is within the estimated delivery window, please allow a little more time. If your order has passed the maximum estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for your location are calculated at checkout. All displayed prices include relevant taxes including GST for Australian customers.

Tip Every product page has a Size guide section showing the garment's measurements in centimetres — bust, waist, hip and length where relevant — plus AU size equivalents where the maker provides them. We strongly recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart rather than going by your usual label size, as sizing can vary between styles.

Take your measurements with a soft tape measure: the fullest part of your bust, the narrowest part of your waist, and the fullest part of your hips, then compare to the guide on the product page.

Tip Activewear is made to stretch, so it comes down to the fit you're after. Where the maker gives a recommendation we include it in the product's Size guide — some of our styles use Asian sizing and run a size small, and we say so on the product page. As a general rule for compression fits: if you're between sizes, size up for comfort, or stay put for a firmer, more supportive feel.

Length measurements are listed in the Size guide on the product page — full-length, 7/8, bike short and lounge styles all differ by design. If you're particular about where a hem lands, check the length row against a favourite pair you already own before purchasing. We're unable to accept returns for length preference, as this information is provided in detail prior to purchase.

Product colours are photographed as accurately as possible, however screens, monitors, and lighting conditions can affect how colours appear. Minor variations between the product photos and the item you receive are a normal characteristic of digital photography and are not considered a fault or misrepresentation. If your item is significantly different in colour from what was listed, please contact us with photos and we'll assess your situation.

Yes, completely normal. A mild chemical or fabric smell is common with new manufactured clothing and is not a defect. We recommend washing and airing your gear before wearing it for the first time.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging intact. Returns require prior written approval — please do not send anything back without contacting us first.

The following are not eligible for return: change of mind, sizing issues where our size guide was available, colour variation, late requests outside 14 days, or items that have been worn or washed.

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

1. Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
2. A photograph of the SKU label on the original packaging

Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement of the same item in the same size and colour (subject to stock availability). Contact us via our contact page and we'll take care of you.

As detailed size guides with centimetre measurements are provided on every product page, sizing returns are not accepted. We encourage all customers to review the size guide carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure about sizing, please reach out to us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help you choose the right size.

Once we receive and verify your return meets our conditions, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider but are typically 3–7 business days after we confirm receipt. Note that return postage costs may be deducted from your refund depending on fulfilment location, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or misrepresented.

Tip To keep your activewear performing its best:

— Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, inside out
— Skip the fabric softener — it coats technical fibres and reduces stretch and breathability
— Do not bleach
— Hang to dry in the shade — avoid tumble drying
— Don't iron prints, seamless panels or elastic bands

Each product page also has a Care section with anything specific to that style.

Heat is the enemy of stretch fabric. Washed cold and air dried, your gear will hold its shape and recovery. Hot washes and tumble drying can shrink technical fabrics and wear out the elastane faster — which is what causes leggings to go saggy or see-through before their time.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Afterpay. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include GST for Australian customers.

Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout, letting you split your purchase into four interest-free instalments, and PayPal offers Pay in 4. The instalment amount is displayed on product pages and at checkout. Afterpay's and PayPal's own terms and conditions apply.
